Dispatch readiness preparation
As production nears completion, readiness for dispatch is coordinated. This includes confirming quantities, packaging completion, and internal handovers before goods move forward.
The focus at this stage is to ensure production closes cleanly and is fully prepared for the next stage without last-minute issues.
